We are thrilled to announce that Destini Anderson Pratt is joining Davis Law Group as a new attorney on September 1, 2024. A Charleston native, Destini brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to our team.
Destini’s practice focuses on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and family law cases. Before joining us, she gained extensive experience in tort and personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and toxic and mass tort matters on the defense side at a well-respected regional defense firm. This background provides her with an insider’s understanding of how insurance companies value claims, which she now leverages to benefit her clients.
In addition to her defense work, Destini served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Perry H. Gravely in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. During her clerkship, she gained significant experience in civil courtroom proceedings, including motions practice and trials.
Destini holds a degree from the University of South Carolina – Upstate (2018) and a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law (2021). She is admitted to practice in South Carolina and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
Her professional affiliations include serving as a 13th Circuit Delegate in the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates (2024-present) and Co-Chair of the Wellness Committee in the Young Lawyers Division (2023-present). She is also a member of the Greenville County Bar Association.
Destini has been recognized for her contributions to the legal field with several honors and awards, including the South Carolina Bar- Young Lawyer Division- Star of the Quarter. She also served in prominent roles during her time at the Charleston School of Law, including Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Outside of her professional life, Destini enjoys weightlifting, Pilates, and spending quality time with her husband, Cameron, and daughter, Memphis Jade. She is also dedicated to community service and serves as a “Y Mentor” with the YMCA of Easley, Pickens, and Powdersville.
